Riguardo Emilija
Hello everyone! I'm originally from New Zealand, but I've been teaching in Italia for nearly four years. I work at a school here, where I teach around 30 hours a week - leaving me with some time to also offer online lessons. I absolutely LOVE travel and culture! I'm always excited to visit a new country, try different foods, and meet new people. In my free time, I enjoy reading, swimming at the beach, learning languages, trekking in the hills, and playing tennis. My goal as a teacher is to make lessons fun and engaging for students, and a big part of that is getting to know each other, talking and getting used to speaking and listening in English. Teaching English overseas has been such a blessing. I have met some awesome people from all over the world and been part of an awesome community! I'm really looking forward to helping you on your English learning journey. Let's talk soon!

I design each lesson around your goals, focusing on what matters most to you, whether that’s speaking more confidently, improving your English for work, passing an exam, or enhancing your everyday communication. I specialize in conversation-based lessons that support fluency, as well as exam preparation (Cambridge, IELTS) and Business English. I work with learners of all levels, from A1 to C1, and of all ages! My approach is all about connection. I love getting to know your hobbies, interests, and stories, because I believe real learning happens when you're engaged and having fun. Lessons with me are interactive, relaxed, and something you'll genuinely look forward to. Let’s work together to make your English journey both effective and enjoyable!
