Hi there! I’m an Italian language teacher (L2) with a real passion for sharing the beauty of our language and culture.
Over the years, I’ve worked with students of all ages and nationalities — from their very first words to advanced conversations.
I design tailor-made courses — one-on-one or group lessons, online or in person — to help each student reach their own goals. No “cookie-cutter” programs: I prefer creative, original, and practical learning paths.
Since 2020 I’ve also been teaching on Zoom and Google Meet — distance is no barrier when there’s enthusiasm!
I speak English and Spanish, and my experience in Italy and abroad has taught me how to thrive in multicultural settings.
I hold a Ditals II certification (2012) and a Master’s in Teaching Italian as a Second Language (2019), but most importantly… I teach with passion! I keep up to date through training courses and seminars, bringing energy, curiosity, and a communicative, inductive approach to every lesson.
I love taking learning beyond the classroom: walking tours in Florence, tastings, cooking lessons, and museum visits to experience Italian “live.”
My motto? Learning together is an adventure — and with a touch of creativity, it’s also a lot of fun!

Who I am and how I teach:
I’ve been teaching Italian as a foreign language for over ten years — but don’t worry, I’m not the strict teacher with the chalk in hand!
In 2012 I earned the Ditals II Certification from the University for Foreigners of Siena, and in 2019 I completed a Master’s in Teaching Italian as a Second Language at the University for Foreigners of Perugia. In short, I never stop learning — I regularly attend courses and seminars to keep my teaching fresh and up to date.
My teaching method?
- It’s communicative and inductive: we start from real-life situations and use Italian straight away, no boring theory marathons.
- It’s flexible: I design customized programs for each student or group, always with clear and concrete goals.
- It’s engaging: I use authentic materials, videos, audio, and interactive activities to make Italian come alive.
- It’s even a bit adventurous: walking tours, cooking lessons, tastings, and museum visits often become part of the learning path.
I believe in cooperative learning: students learn so much from each other, sharing ideas, mistakes — and plenty of laughs.
The result? Lessons that are practical, stimulating, and… no yawns allowed! With creativity, empathy, and passion, I guide my students toward greater independence in the language.
