Teaching Methodology & Lesson Structure
1. Target Audience:
My lessons are specifically designed for University Architecture Students (Bachelor’s and Master’s levels) who want to elevate their design projects, master architectural concepts, and incorporate environmental sustainability into their studio work without feeling overwhelmed.
2. Teaching Techniques & Approaches:
Interactive Design Critiques (Crits): Just like in university juries, we will analyze your floor plans, masses, and ideas constructively to find the best design solutions.
Visual & Schematic Learning: I use lightweight online whiteboards (like Miro) to sketch, trace, and comment live on your PDF drawings—making concepts immediately clear and practical.
Passive Sustainable Thinking: I teach you how to analyze sun paths, wind direction, and microclimates to justify your design decisions academically to your professors.
3. Typical Lesson Structure :
Each 60-minute session is tailored to your immediate needs:
First 10 Mins: Reviewing your current university brief, your professor’s feedback, and setting today's goal.
Next 35 Mins: Deep-dive analysis into your project layout, spatial zoning, or sustainability concept, working directly on your design sketches.
Final 15 Mins: Summarizing the practical steps you need to fix before your next submission, plus answering any quick theoretical questions.
My goal is to save you time, unlock your creativity, and give you the confidence to present a stellar project to your university jury!
