I have been training with Emanuele for quite some time now. He has been my lead coach, guiding my physical development and helping me structure my weekly workout routines.
Emanuele is an incredibly technical and attentive trainer. He doesn’t just give you a list of exercises; he explains the "why" behind every movement. He is the type of coach who prioritizes long-term progress and injury prevention over quick, unsustainable results.
What stands out most is how he tailored a specific program to my individual needs. During our sessions, he was able to identify minor imbalances in my movement and adjusted my strength and conditioning plan on the spot. His ability to analyze an athlete's performance in real-time and provide actionable feedback is what makes his sessions so effective.
I highly recommend Emanuele to anyone looking to improve their overall fitness, whether you are a beginner or a more advanced athlete looking for a specific performance boost. He is professional, always on time, and genuinely cares about his students' goals. If you want a trainer who is as invested in your progress as you are, he is the right choice.
