Riguardo Mahsima
I am Chief Operating Officer of a cybersecurity company and I have 15 years of experience in operations, service delivery and growth. My job is taking complicated situations with limited time and limited resources and turning them into a plan people can actually finish.
Some of what that has meant in practice: scaling annual revenue eleven times over, growing a delivery team from 4 to 15 specialists across several time zones, running a portfolio of more than 60 clients, and delivering over 300 projects. I have also spent those years hiring, onboarding and developing people, most of them earlier in their careers than me. The pattern was always the same. They did not lack ambition, they lacked sequence. They knew what they wanted and had no idea what to do on Monday morning.
I do not teach this from theory. I rebuilt my own life from zero. I moved from Iran to Italy, changed the direction of my career, and completed a master's degree at the University of Rome Tor Vergata while doing it. I am now completing an International MBA at Rome Business School alongside a full-time executive role. I know what it takes to build a plan when the conditions are not ideal, when time is short and energy is shorter.
That is why I do not plan for the perfect week. I plan for the week that goes wrong, because that is the week that decides whether a plan survives.
I am direct. I will tell you when I think a goal is not worth pursuing, and I will tell you when the problem is the plan rather than your discipline. In my experience it is almost always the plan.

HOW SESSIONS WORK
First session: we work out where you actually are, what you actually want, and what is genuinely in the way. You leave with three ranked priorities and one concrete action you can start immediately.
From the second session we build your roadmap: a 90-day plan broken into weekly milestones, with clear criteria for knowing when something is finished rather than just ongoing. Then we work through it session by session, adjusting when reality intervenes.
MY METHOD
Direct and structured. Every session ends with a decision and a next action. Everything is written down and yours to keep. Not scattered notes, but documents you can keep using on your own.
I do not use generic motivation. If the problem is the plan rather than your discipline, I will say so.
WHY MY BACKGROUND IS RELEVANT
