Riguardo Xujuan
Personality wise, I am communicative, patient and friendly. Intellectually, I think I am creative with ideas. In the meantime, I'm really meticulous with seemingly unimportant stuff. Something negative about me could be that I am a bit sensitive to the point that I care too much how people think of me. II could also list out other defects but I think that's non-relevant.

In my teaching, first I would like to prepare multiple slides and video clips as instrumental aids. On the slides I will list out important vocabularies and grammatical rules (e.g. present perfect tense).So I would begin with the vocabularies and phrases for which I would give phonetic marks, explanations and example sentences and make my students to read after me. In the meantime, I would check their pronunciations and help them to pronounce well.
Then I would like to lead my students to make their own sentences with the things they have learnt. The point is that I must give certain clues to help them instead of leaving them alone in a mental blank. (We could have also some exercises in this part such as matching up, choice question and etc.
Later, I will play the audio track of a written conversation text to engage the students in the speaking environment and enhance their conversational comprehension. I would ask them to answer some questions based on the conversation. Having done this, the students may begin their role-play with the text and one or two new texts.
Finally, I would like to lead them to simulate a situational conversations (during which process I could insert some cultural specialties about America).
What's more, I would now and then ask them about their problems and whether they could understand while teaching.
