You can speak English, but public speaking scares you. Build the confidence you need to achieve what you want, with a qualified Life Coach specialising in English as a Foreign Language.
I've been holding sessions online for the past year now. Each session is specific to the individual and designed to help them with exactly what they need. My clients vary. From a 21 year old man who wants to develop his confidence in Public Speaking, to a 40 year old mother of two, who is currently setting up her own Yoga Business.
I have worked with University Professors preparing for international lectures, Business People working with English Speaking clients and Italians getting ready for Job Interviews.
Before that, I put my MSc in Social Work to use in the fields of Mental Health & Substance Misuse. I spent five years running group sessions aimed at identifying goals and working towards them.
Self-Development, Goal Setting and supporting others to create an all round Awesome Life are my passion projects.
I've run the marathons, switched career, moved abroad (multiple times), built my confidence, completed the Iron Man, wrote the novel (and got a publishing deal!), given up alcohol & lost the weight AND got myself a pretty beautiful relationship too.
Your goals might be completely different to mine, but they are all achievable.

This is not your regular English Class. Do you know the language but need to prepare for a presentation, interview, business meetings or to take the leap and move abroad?
My clients all understand the English Language, but lack the confidence to speak publicly. We work together, using Life Coaching skills to develop your confidence and work on improving your life.
Typical Life Coaching is often super expensive and inaccessible - I don't want to manifest a million, or become a TED talking entrepreneur. I just feel that life could be that little bit better.
If day to day, you're feeling 7/10 but want to move through life feeling 10/10, together we can make it happen.
This is Life Coaching for people who don't do Life Coaching.
Whether you want to change careers, run a marathon, feel more confident or improve your public speaking, I'm here for you. And I want to show you that these things, and more, are all possible.
I work with you from exactly where you are right now. Together we will talk, reflect and find what's holding you back. Speaking our thoughts out loud is often enough to give that little boost that allows you to identify your goals and then get to work.
The scariest part it taking the leap and booking the first session, but if you take the leap now, you're already one step closer to your goals.
Our sessions will take place online and I've set aside times that work for you (after work, after the kids are in bed and in the morning to get your day off to the best start).
We conduct the lessons as much as possible in English and discuss how much you would like grammar and pronunciation corrections. But mostly, these lessons will improve every aspect of your life by improving your confidence.

I have worked for six months with Angela and have seen myself become ten times more confident. I previously had fear speaking English and Italian publicly and I wanted to learn how to be more confident for working with international clients. This has been an amazing experience and made me grow and be more confident in every area of my life. I now speak English at work a lot more but also feel more psoitive in all areas of life. Angela encouraged me to speak only English in the lesson but she understands and helps me in Italian if I find the words difficult.
