Riguardo Alaz Han
My name is Alaz Han, and I am an ICF-certified career coach and organizational psychologist with over eight years of international experience. I have supported more than 300 organizations worldwide, including leading global companies such as Bulgari, Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger, as well as United Nations agencies.
What inspires me as a tutor is helping people unlock their potential and feel fully prepared to present themselves in high-stakes situations. I specialize in English job interview preparation, guiding my students to build confidence, structure their answers effectively, and communicate their authentic professional identity.
I combine my background in psychology with practical experience in learning and development, leadership training, and diversity and inclusion. This unique mix allows me to not only prepare students for interviews, but also to support their long-term career growth.
Students often describe my sessions as supportive, motivating, and eye-opening. My goal is to make you feel confident, clear, and ready to succeed in any interview setting.

As a tutor, I focus on creating a highly practical and engaging learning environment where my students feel confident to practice, make mistakes, and improve. My teaching method combines simulation-based learning (mock interviews, role plays, scenario practice) with structured feedback supported by psychology and coaching techniques. This means that each session is not only a practice, but also an opportunity to deeply understand what works well and what needs to be improved.
A typical lesson plan includes:
Warm-up & needs check – clarifying the student’s goals and target role.
Interview simulation – practicing real-life interview questions in English.
Immediate feedback – highlighting strengths and areas of improvement.
Action plan – providing clear strategies and exercises for the next steps.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my background as an ICF-certified career coach and organizational psychologist, combined with hands-on experience in corporate training and consultancy with international companies and UN agencies. I not only prepare students for questions, but also teach them how to present their authentic professional identity with confidence.
My lessons are designed for:
