Riguardo Maarten Florian
Insegno lingue da più di 10 anni e mi sono posto l'obiettivo di trasmettere la mia passione per le lingue ai miei studenti. Ho lavorato per diverse istituzioni in Germania, Cina e Regno Unito.
Attualmente lavoro come docente di tedesco come lingua straniera presso l'Università di Heidelberg.

Perfetto! In German Maarten tutored my son for about a year and was a great tutor. Unfortunately the schools in our area don’t offer German so my son ultimately decided to change focus but I would use Maarten again in a heartbeat. He established a good rapport and kept Luke engaged.

Perfetto! He is an outstanding teacher!! Whatever it is I am trying to learn, whether it's common language, grammar details, etc, he is able to teach in a very easy way to follow.

As someone who went through the process of learning a new language as an adult before, I can say that Maarten is perfectly capable of adapting his approach and methodology To the needs of each and every Student. Maarten’s interactive approach to teaching makes learning a foreign language a very enjoyable experience.

Perfetto! Maarten is incredibly bright and very good at leveraging technology to teach. I was nervous about trying to learn a language over Zoom, but with the way he utilizes technology it enhances learning, not hinders it. I have been receiving private tutoring from Maarten weekly for about two months and my progress and confidence in German has been substantial. Danke schön, Maarten! Du bist super!

Perfetto! Maarten has been working with my middle-school aged son for several months and we are very impressed! Maarten found age-appropriate texts for him to purchase and creates personalized lessons for each session. Most importantly, he's made this a fun experience our son enjoys. Highly recommend!

I took both a German A1.1 and A1.2 course with Maarten and I highly recommend him as a teacher. He explains concepts clearly and cultivates an environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions. He structures each session in a logical manner, ensuring that particularly challenging concepts are reviewed before new ones are covered. I have really learned a lot in all of his classes and would not hesitate to take one again!
Maarten is an amazing tutor.One of my friends recommended him to me and I 've been taking German classes with him for four months.He uses different techniques each time ,so the lessons are interesting and enjoyable.My oral skills in German have well improved in a short time.He is motivating and also knowledgeable about several languages.
Maarten is a calm, kind and very competent teacher. His structured way of teaching and reviewing previous lessons content are very valuable. I definitively recommend him to learn and improve German language!
Maarten treats teaching seriously and responsibly. His language is vivid, clear, and the examples are impressive and appropriate. He always encourages everyone to speak actively and make the atmosphere of the class more positive and enthusiastic. The content of the class is substantial, simple and clear, so that we can easily grasp the knowledge. Students in our German class come from all over the world, and everyone likes him very much.
Maarten had taught me German for the whole year (A1 level) and I feel very grateful to have him as my teacher. He is always energetic, humorous and friendly. I think he is quite open-minded and loves different cultures. Of course he is good at teaching, and he also introduces many popular cultures among German young people, which intrigued me a lot. I do benefit a lot from him!
I have been learning with Maarten for many months now and could not be happier. Maarten is a very knowledgeable teacher who is able to clearly describe and explain the intricacies (and curiosities) of the German language. He makes the language very approachable and has been tailoring the course to my goals and needs. Maarten is very personable and fun to learn with in lessons.
