Riguardo Kay
I am a lively and vivacious person with a deep love for communication and connection. Ever since I was a talkative child, I’ve been fascinated by the English language—my native tongue—but I often found myself struggling with its complexities. Determined to improve, I discovered that the key to mastering the language was consistent practice and imitation. I began watching motivational and inspirational videos on YouTube, repeating phrases and speeches to myself, and internalizing their powerful messages. This practice not only advanced my language skills but also transformed my confidence, self-image, and ability to express my thoughts clearly and passionately.
My journey led me to participate in numerous public speaking and debate competitions during middle and high school, as well as a personality development course that shaped me into the person I am today. Through these experiences, I developed a deep appreciation for the impact of self-talk and a positive mindset on personal growth. Now, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned with others, helping them build confidence, improve their communication, and adopt a healthier, more empowering approach to life.
