Hi! I’m Mar, an Argentinian yoga teacher with a background in psychology and MHPSS. I offer personalized private yoga and meditation sessions exclusively for women, designed to help you find balance, relieve stress, and support your well-being through movement, breathwork, and meditation.

Personalized Yoga & Meditation Packages
Single Session: A deep dive into a specific technique (e.g., breathwork, meditation, or relief for menstrual or menopause symptoms). The focus is on learning the tools and techniques to integrate them into your daily life. Depending on the theme, a 1.5-hour session can be suggested for a more thorough experience.
5-Class Package: A weekly series designed to gradually teach and refine specific techniques, such as spine care, nervous system regulation, or stress relief. The goal is for you to build a solid foundation to practice independently, creating lasting habits in your life.
10-Class Package: A deeper exploration of a theme, aimed at empowering you to confidently incorporate practices into your daily routine. This package focuses on mental well-being, energy restoration, and mindful movement, with an emphasis on self-sufficiency and long-term balance.
First Class: We’ll assess your goals and health needs to create a practice that suits you best, focusing on techniques you can incorporate into your daily life for lasting well-being.
