Riguardo la lezione
In August 2016 I received my certificate as a qualified TEFL / TESOL teacher. I attended a 120-hour TEFL course, 100 hours of which were online methodology and 20 hours of classroom learning.
Furthermore, I just moved to Milano to begin an internship with a licensing company: Team Entertainment, situated on Via Melchiorre Gioia.. My ambition is to balance this work with teaching. And to remain in Milano beyond my forecasted stay, which is in December. My work involves Entertainment, like cartoons and animation, which are themes that kids love so in my opinion may feel more comfortable learning in an environment where the teacher also is surrounded by childish themes.
In June 2015 I achieved a second class honours (upper division) Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Southampton. During degree I spent time as a shadow teacher at Barton Peveril College, Southampton. Here I also conducted revision classes for AS-level students resisting their History exams.
Finally, though I have little in the form of teaching experience. In July 2016 I observed three elementary level English classes at the Lewis School of English, Southampton. This was intended to consolidate what I was learning on the TEFL online methodology and classroom aspect of the course and was a very useful experience.

Finally, currently in Milano I am doing private tutoring for Italian children and in my extra time, twice a week, I do exchange conversational classes with an Italian teenager.
