Riguardo Virginia
I'm an American English teacher who has been teaching English for over 12 years and living abroad in Italy, Rome. Our first short session will be free-of-charge because I would like to get to know you and your requirements before we start. I teach conversation classes, FCE, PET, KET, IELTS and TOEFL preparation classes and Grammar classes. My classes always have a very dynamic and effective approach. They aim to improve the four communicative skills (speaking, listening, writing and reading) with a special reinforcement of the conversational part.

The methodology used and the activities we do online are exactly the same as those used in face-to-face classes. One of the advantages of this learning mode is the traveling time saved and the flexibility of being able to do the class from any location, perhaps even while on a business trip or in another country. All materials are sent to the student by email both before and after each class. This method of learning is convenient, dynamic and fun. A typical class would include 70%-80% speaking blended with stimulating language exercises and input. The aim is to cater to the range of needs of each student, depending on the level, the different areas of interest and the varying amounts of time available to study. I use flexible and authentic materials to help meet the needs and I give suggestions on how to study between classes.

Perfetto! Virginia è un'insegnante molto preparata, solare, calma e capace di coinvolgere lo studente. Con mia figlia ha instaurato fin da subito un ottimo rapporto. I risultati non si sono fatti attendere, sono super soddisfatta ma soprattutto lo é mia figlia, che esce dalla lezione contenta e con la voglia di tornare.
Perfetto! Virginia è un'insegnante piena di energia. Ha un modo di insegnare moderno con attività molto coinvolgenti. Io sto preparando l'esame IELS, ma il suo metodo è ottimo anche per chi vuole "solo" imparare o migliorare l'inglese! Top!

Perfetto! Cercavo delle lezioni per rispolverare il mio inglese scolastico e ho trovato in Virginia una valida alleata. Perfetto! My first thought of Virginia after our first lesson was "What a smiling girl!". I felt immediately comfortable. It was suprisingly easy to talk without panicking.
The lesson was interactive. For the time you are with her you have to talk ENGLISH! It's what I was looking for.

Perfetto! Ho conosciuto varie insegnanti di inglese, ma Virginia è senza dubbio la migliore, perché riesce a coniugare apprendimento della lingua e divertimento e ciò aiuta anche a memorizzare i vocaboli e pronunce.
È una persona molto positiva, amichevole e "vulcanica", cioè energica. Sono molto contenta di iniziare un percorso di inglese con un'insegnante così professionale.

I have known several English teachers, but Virigia is without doubt the best, because she manages to combine language learning and fun, which also helps to memorise vocabulary and pronunciations.
She is a very positive, friendly and, as we would say in Italy, "volcanic", i.e. energetic person. I am very happy to start an English course with such a professional teacher.- Martina is so lovely!
