My ancestors built an empire where many languages were spoken (even though the main one was Latin). Nowadays, there is no Roman Empire, but Rome is still a beautiful mix of culture and languages. Being born and raised here made me curious and passionate about communicating with people from the other side of the world and learning about their culture.

I'm from Rome, but I lived across the whole country and my family is originally from southern Italy, so I can tell you about the differences between every region. Irene was very kind and listened to my main needs, understanding exactly what I needed. I liked the conversational method/approach of the suggested topics, which was very helpful. The lesson was light and easy to assimilate, so I could truly learn from each lesson and improve my Italian with someone who was born in Rome! I enjoyed the cultural approach and also the formal/informal aspects, which help to speak like a native speaker.
