Hi everybody, thank you for being here and being interested in having a lesson with me! My name is Giulia, I am 22 and I come from a small town in northern Italy.
I have always been interested in foreign languages and cultures and this has led to a great passion for traveling, especially in England where I have been around 6 times.
I have always loved teaching languages: when I was in highschool I would teach English, Spanish and German to the local kids and in the summer of 2021 I held an English and Spanish course in a company in my hometown. I have been teaching Italian as a foreign language for almost 1 year and I have been enjoying it a lot as my students notice aspects of the Italian language and culture that I would normally take for granted and I learn a lot from them.
In my free time I love spendig time with my loved ones, hiking, walking my dog, working out and watching films and tv series.

My lessons for Italian as a foreign language are mainly centered on conversation and grammar. I am firmly conviced that speaking and listening to others is the best way to learn a foreign language but in order to do so we need the language foundation which is grammar.
My lessons are usually structured as follows: 30 minutes of grammar and 30 minutes of conversation on topics we mutually agreed on and that the students enjoy.
For the conversation part we are going to use different prompts such as videos, articles and songs.
