Hello, nice to meet you!
My name is Martina. I'm an Italian girl from the north of Italy. During the last 8 years, I've been living in the center of Italy, in Tuscany. But I often travel to the south, my favorite part :)
I love my country and its culture.
I graduated in Psychology, and I've been working as a Childhood Educator for the last six years.
This is a special time in my life because I will move around for a period and I would like to have the chance to start working remotely.
Having the chance to work with kids in their early ages of development have allowed me to understand better the way they learn new things and discover the world.
This process is very similar to how we can learn new languages and skills as an adult. Understanding human learning is complicated and unique to each individual, but with the right processes and stimulation, we can make learning fun again.
I also had the chance to volunteer in a community program dedicated to help immigrant women to learn Italian. This was a very enriching experience both in a personal and professional way.
This experience motivated me to further develop my teaching skills. That's when I decided to take a training course that helps you to teach languages to foreign people.

My approach to teaching is based on students’ needs and motivations, as well as previous knowledge and style of learning.
The first lesson will be key to understand those motivations and building a personalized study plan to reach the desired results.
It's very important for the learning process that the students feels relaxed and enjoy.
My approach is to built everything around the student and to follow a natural process for a new language acquisition.
Finally, I will also share some cultural aspects from my country, since I consider them essential to understand and learn a new language.
