Hi there! I am Davide and I am here to offer my support for everyone who is willing and interested in learning Italian as a foreign language. I majored in "European and international studies" at Università Cattolica in Milan, after that I had an experience as an English/Italian teacher in Colombia where I took part in an NGO project. I really love motivating and engaging others with the aim to get the best from them. I strongly believe that both, teachers and students, can gain and improve a lot from each other by building a no top-down relationship, where everyone can fairly learn (teachers included).

I believe that when it comes to studying a new language it's important to embrace an interactive approach, deepening each aspect from a technical and cultural perspective. Grammar and pronunciation are important, of course!! however, focusing on the mindset of natives is also a useful point to make the learning much less hard and more interesting. For example, the Italians' ways to deal with an issue (it can be an argument at the post or train tickets office :D) or how the newspapers usually cover a political issue or why the Italian accent tends to differ, even among neighboring villages?!? Basically, I appeal to such a 360° teaching method, which is supposed to engage the students by ensuring them a full comprehension of the language with an interactive approach, along with a huge layout of curiosity.

Davide is a very friendly teacher. He doesn't make the student feel worried of making mistakes, he is very knowledgeable and patient.
What I like the most is that you learn how native speakers actually talk which is very useful to be able to practice easily. I totally recommend him whether you are starting from the basics or a higher level.Explica muy bien, no tiene ningún problema al explicar otra vez el tema, tiene mucha paciencia para enseñar, es un excelente profesor... Con el aprendí muchas cosas
