I am currently a first-year university student at Università Cattolica in Milan, Italy where I pursue a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Global Affairs. I have an extensive background in public speaking, strong knowledge of academic English, and the ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and clear manner, as those are all qualities gained from my participation in youth forums, such as Model United Nations and European Youth Parliament, both of which took up a lot of my high school experience and shaped the course of my studies.
During the last two years of high school, I worked at British Council, Sofia, where I took up the responsibilities of an invigilator and a supervisor. These positions taught me how to handle a lot of responsibilities, give out clear instructions and also manage my lessons and personal commitments effectively.
Another important thing is that I have a flexible schedule and I can make time for additional lessons in case of need.

I have gained significant experience teaching younger children the basics of the English language. The opportunity has helped me adopt a patient, adaptable and structured learning style. Working with younger learners has shown me the importance of making learning enjoyable, engaging and clear, while creating a safe and calm atmosphere suitable for the learning process.
In addition to my practical tutoring experience, I have strong knowledge of English comparative literature and essay structure. This has given me a deeper understanding of how language works not only as a communication tool, but also as a way to express ideas clearly, analyze texts, and build well-structured arguments. I am especially confident in helping students, especially those in high school, improve their writing, organize their thoughts, and approach literature with greater clarity and confidence.
A key element of my teaching approach is the belief that a language is learnt through experiences. Grammar and vocabulary cannot be separated from real-life contexts, examples, and literature, because they gain meaning only when used in authentic situations. In my experience the most effective way to learn a language properly is to immerse yourself in it rather than study it as a series of isolated fragments to be assembled later. Through this approach, students develop not only technical proficiency but also a more natural and confident relationship with the language.
The lessons are aimed at students from middle school all throughout high school.
