Good to Know I've walked the long, sometimes painful road of struggling with body image, self-worth, and the pressure to look a certain way. That journey is still ongoing, and it’s taught me that true strength isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal. That’s why I became a personal trainer: to be the support I once needed, and to offer a safe, compassionate space where others can reconnect with their bodies and feel proud of who they are. I bring both professional experience—having trained clients face-to-face in gym settings—and personal understanding to every session. I now work remotely from Italy, offering flexible, customized coaching to people of all backgrounds and abilities. Whether you're starting from scratch, returning after a break, or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are. You can expect a caring, structured, and empowering approach, focused on building strength inside and out. I believe in showing up consistently, making progress with patience, and celebrating every step of the way.

My Approach As a personal trainer, I lead with kindness, understanding, and deep respect for every body. Having faced my own challenges with body image and dysmorphia, I know how emotional and complex the journey toward strength and self-acceptance can be. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and never judged—no matter your age, level of experience, or starting point. I specialize in strength training as a foundation, but I also incorporate yoga and pilates-inspired movement for balance, mobility, and mindfulness. Whether your goal is weight loss, building strength, or just moving with more ease, our work together is always tailored to you—your pace, your needs, your story. Sessions typically last 40 to 60 minutes, and I offer remote coaching, including personalized diet consultations, so you can feel empowered and connected wherever you are. With experience working face-to-face in gyms and now continuing my journey remotely from Italy, I welcome all ages and all levels. You don't need to "be fit" to begin—you just need to be willing to show up, and I’ll meet you with care every step of the way.
