Depending on the way the student learns faster I develop a personalized approach to them: by using different methods, especially implementing the Pomodoro technique, for those students who have problems with concentration. Usually, I prepare a Powerpoint and a set of problems for the student to better understand the topic. During the lesson, I solve some problems with the students and then pass them on to them so they tell me the needed steps to solve the problem. After the lesson, I send students a "cheat sheet" so they can revise the material before starting the assigned homework that I come up with myself. I am always open to feedback and ready to answer if anyone has any questions regarding the lesson.
