Riguardo Vineela
Hello. My name is Vineela Bojja, and I am passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga. For me, yoga is not just a physical practice but a holistic journey towards self-discovery and inner peace.
After experiencing the profound benefits of yoga in my own life, both physically and mentally, I felt a deep calling to guide and support others on their own yoga journeys. Witnessing the positive impact that yoga had on my own well-being ignited a desire within me to share this ancient practice with others.
I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or background. My teaching approach is rooted in creating a safe and inclusive space, where students can explore their bodies, quiet their minds, and connect with their inner wisdom. I strive to create classes that are both challenging and nurturing, allowing students to find balance, strength, and serenity on and off the mat.
I am committed to continuous growth and learning as a yoga teacher. I regularly deepen my knowledge through workshops, trainings, and personal practice, ensuring that I provide the most authentic and beneficial experience for my students.
It would be an honor to share my yoga knowledge with you and support you on your journey of self-discovery and well-being. Together, let us embark on a path of growth, healing, and transformation through the practice of yoga.
