Riguardo Katarzyna
Sport is my passion and I have been doing it for over 20 years. I stood on the podium for the first time at the age of 4 and since then I have won many sport awards both individually and in team sports.
I have practiced professionally many sports, including running, swimming and basketball. I ended my 7-year career in team sports representing the University of Warsaw in basketball competitions.
In 2018, I decided to use my passion in order to help others. Since then, I have been regularly training and gaining knowledge to help my mentees take care of their health, improve their well-being and rediscover their self-esteem. I have many certificates from training and nutrition courses. After 4 years of conscious preparation, I start working as a trainer.
Apart from sports, I spend most of the time developing my dancing skills in styles such as salsa and bachata. I have worked in a dance school as a bachata instructor and performed many times at international dance festivals.
When I don't practice nor dance, I learn foreign languages and give English classes.
I have been living in Italy for almost 2 years, where I moved to work as a flight attendant.

I approach each student individually.
During the first training, whether in person or online, I assess your current form in order to set a goal and methods that will help you achieve it.
I make sure that you learn the proper technique and perform each exercise correctly.
If you're a beginner who wants to train at home I will teach you everything from scratch so that you could notice quick results and avoid any injury.
Your age does not matter - in case of minors, I require the consent for cooperation from your legal guardian.
In case of any doubts, you can contact me 7 days a week.
