my path is partly floor work technique, always insist of having fun with the movements, not only doing it, that's one of the ways to learn and understand the movement or the choreography itself. smiling during movement is more important to understand and like what we all do.

The class is depending on the floor work, most of the class is sitting on the floor but in different gestures, 3 parts and each part have 2 or\and 3 sequences “right and left”, it’s a growing movement not up only but widely, to all the directions. The Aim is to get the collaborators to use the floor very wisely. Also to introduce the body parts that we can use to support the body far from the joints “As we can support the weight of our bodies with the part between the elbow and the shoulder or between elbows and hand".
