Riguardo Arezoo
An Iranian native who spent over 13 years in Bangalore, I have made mindfulness the foundation of my life and practice. Trained under Grandmaster Akshar, one of India’s most respected yoga masters, I continue to be directly guided by his expertise as I share the transformative power of yoga with those seeking balance, strength, and vitality.
I further deepened my understanding of the human body under the mentorship of Suhail Muhammed and Devrath Vijey, gaining advanced knowledge in building strong, stable muscles and fostering a profound connection with one’s own body.
Now based in Milan, I offer students the opportunity to begin their own certified yoga journey. I am authorized to provide Level 1 Yoga Certification and can facilitate access to Level 2 Teacher Training Certification directly from India through my continued collaboration with Akshar Yoga.
