Aisha, I am an Ayurvedic therapist and yoga instructor specializing in the study and research on movement.

Riguardo AishaLinda
I began my training with master Swami Joytimayananda from whom she learned as well the art of Ayurvedic massage. Over time I deepened my research by learning other techniques like Thai massage, bioenergy, and Reiki.
I also attended workshops and seminars on the study and the biomechanics of the movement led by the dancer choreographer Frey Faust, creator of the Axis Syllabus method.
I attended and organized several seminars and creative dance workshops, all the while continuing my yoga training through ashtanga vinyasa yoga and yoga parinama seminars, and took part in internships Beamish Bodymind Balancing increasing the psychomotor coordination and management of the balance, and took part in seminars of contact, aerial fabrics and capoeira.
In 2014 I developed a new discipline: the Yogæira, a meeting between yoga and capoeira. Deepens dance Butoh, important stimulus towards research of body and soul.
I am currently engaged in training
Move in Mind Method with Monica Canducci.
